Patch 2.2.1 - Bug fixes

A short hotfix patch that corrects a few bugs that were introduced with the latest patch.

• Fixed a bug that would cause the game to crash on lvl 17 in campaign.
• Fixed a bug that would break campaign mode if the player had played multiplayer during the play-session. *Fixed a rare bug that would crash arcade mode.
