Testing Initiatives/Test Patch Notes

• Settings screen completely re-worked, all settings should apply/save/work properly.
• Added additional video settings.
• AI improvements and pathing fixes.
• Improvements to how states work.
• Audio improvements to all Victory Cinematics.
• FX updates for Frenzy buff and Clumsy curse.
• Fix for handful of bugs.
• Improvements to states.
