Creating gardens and lots of other improvements

new update 1.0.42 has been released

improvements:

• gardening: possibility to add plants, build "gardens"
• improved design of the top bar
• improved constructions of military buildings
• improved curfew management

bugfixes: !+ fixed critical bug: crash during window/fullscreen switching !+ fixed some digging problems !+ updated AI of wolves
