First Patch 1.0.1. online - fast forward added

You ever wanted to see Crazy Machines like this? It's no longer a problem. We've worked hard the last days to integrate the fast forward feature. At the moment, it works just by pressing and holding keyboard shortcut F in the game, later we will update our UI.

You can also start making videos without UI now, we've implemented this in the regular branch.

Here are the main issues of the patch:

• added a simulation 'fast forward' feature on keyboard shortcut F
• added keyboard shortcut Shift+H to toggle UI
• optimized overall memory usage
• fixed an issue where the Steam achievement 'Lateral thinking proven!' was not triggered
• fixed an issue where the new icon was not removed correctly when playing a workshop machine
