Version 0.4.2 is live!

We've made a few bugfixes for 0.4.2

CHANGELIST: -Fixed disappearing UI bug -Fixed issue where grabbing could break when placing objects in the truck -Fixed options/resolution settings errors

KNOWN ISSUES: -Continue button doesn't work yet (We'll fix this for version 0.4.3) -Encountered some issues with Quit creating a black screen (we're investigating this now)
