Another quick update today.

Changes: *Darkened people portrait on previewing slots on turrets

Fixes: *Correctly count the number of people on the results screen *Fixed the occasional cutscene not playing correctly *Removed a nasty leak when people panic a lot *Fixed blue kaiju occasionally can't cross rivers
