Changed:

E/R bridge and Self-Destruct now display the phase that you are in (3 phases to execute E/R bridge retreat, 2 phases to execute Self Destruct) "Decimal" projectiles (i.e. Plasma AP 5.5 cm) now display properly when selected in the firing phase, and when AI uses them The USF Tokyo is now a Tokyo class Cruiser (was a Philadelphia class)

Fixed:

Ships that have retreated are no longer lost permanently from Spacedock The "No Ships Left to Deliver" message no longer appears after requisitioning a new ship
