Patch 1.09 for WRC 5: anti-cheat & V-Sync upgrade.

A few new changes have been brought to WRC 5 in the version 1.09:

• V-Sync option now has two modes. You can choose the one that best fits your hardware configuration.
• We added more verifications to prevent some players to cheat the leaderboards.
