Huge Fix Continued: the German Edition

Deep scan for any possible problems with German version of the game revealed the following, now fixed, bugs:

• Inspecting half naked woman at dungeon no longer crashes game

• Walking into security no longer crashes game in German version

• Dimitri the drunken janitor no longer should crash the game (I guess this is a good time to mention I don't understand a word German, so tried my best to make sure non of the texts crashes game, but lemme know if I missed something!)

• Inspecting a loose screwdriver no longer crashes the game

• Inspecting recording device with recording no longer crashes the game

• End credits no longer crash the game
