• Fixed an issue where the difficulty setting displayed in the Main Menu would sometimes not correctly apply to gameplay once loaded in.

• Fixed a number of issues where Achievements were not being awarded properly.

• Fixed an issue where Gear Challenges were sometimes not being tracked correctly.
