All Twitch events now available offline, and more

As we are preparing to roll out the Level Editor to the public, here is a small but important update.

Changelog:

• Fixed a bug with picking up stunned bodies

• Added new animations for waking up after being stunned

• Access granted to all events without Twitch streaming

• There is now blood trails on drunk people

• Minor improvements in playing as a Cop

• You can now use WASD and space keys to navigate the menus

• Faster restart if the player is arrested

Localization:

• Updated ** German** language

• Added ** Spanish** language
