Build 3 Hotfix

A slightly delayed announcement, A Hotfix went out yesterday addressing the following issues:

• Fixed a bug that cause controller navigation not to work while the gamemode was paused.

• Updated Ship Select menu alignment and Phase Ship Description.

• Fixed being able to bind a key to multiple actions and prevented unbinding menu actions.
