Gameplay and QOL fixes

Gameplay

• Slightly decreased the dad distribution rate in Dad Divisions

• Colliding into the rear wall in Endurodad and Dadathlon will no longer slow the player's movespeed

Bugfixes and Quality of Life updates

• Fixed a bug where showering with the Wrong Dad in Dadathlon would sometimes ignore the volume setting

• Added more granularity to volume control options

• Reduced some flashing effects
