Invert Y-axis, smoothness on / off, right hand key mapping

It's been a busy first week since the launch! A couple of requests from players has comed up, and in the latest update I've been able to cater some of them. You are now able to:

• Invert Y-axis
• Turn camera smoothness on / off
• Play with right hand key mapping

The added keys are:

E (action) = Num 0 Q (cancel) = Delete C (flashlight) = Page down 1-9 (mic, gun, inventory, reel recorder, sheet 1-5) = Num 1-9 Space (jump) = Shift
