Fixed achievement issue within the Russian version

Hi there. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, and I already fixed the achievement issue within the Russian version. It seems I forgot to turn on the Steam API and messed up the achievement. Deep apologize for me and please update your build to fix this issue.
