0.10.0 release!

0.10.0 brings a melange of additions:

• a new ship: Scrapping Syrma
• various new equipment options focusing on buffing your collision damage
• a couple subroutine changes to hopefully make some of the options more interesting (rather than just straight stat boosts)
• various bug fixes
• "improved" credit sequence? credits everyone who's reported bugs (whose name I had noted in the change log - sorry if I forgot yours!), plus some other silly things
