Jigoku Kisetsukan v2.1

Here's the full changelog for version 2.1, adding Simplified Chinese, several new features for translators, and a couple of bug fixes.

Major Changes

• New language: Simplified Chinese (thanks to 'Witchcraft' Han)

Translation Tools

• Implemented Simplified Chinese and Korean fonts.

• In-game UI labels can now be translated into Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.

• Custom translations can now toggle the option to display surnames before names (previously hardcoded for Japanese only).

Bugfixes

• If dialogues are disabled in settings, epilogue, commentary, and translator-mode dialogues are no longer skipped.

• Fixed Yuzu spawned during Mizuiro's bomb not being cleared after the animation ended, hopefully fixing a rare, user-reported crash.
