Update 1.245.5.0

We decided to move the weekly release notes to this smaller format (patch notes), published only in English, and save the bigger update format for larger chances – when these are introduced.

We deployed version 1.245.5.0.

• updated English, Russian, Japanese texts

• updated quite a lot of Simplified Chinese tags

• on the cards, we used to show the outcome as "ːmaliceː1"; we now show it as "1ːmaliceː" (it's been like this for a long time already, in the texts of card rules)
