0.1.2: Persistent settings, menu and leaderboard improvements

Added settings screen to individually configure:

• Music Volume

• Voice Volume

• SFX Volume

• Announcer Voice (Male or Female)

Settings are saved to file, and are also cloud synced.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed bug where occasionally the game would not fill the screen.

Menu:

• Added new initial menu, with discord link, and settings button.

• Hooked more of the voice prompts to navigation elements.

Leaderboards:

• Added status messages to indicate scores are being set or retrieved.

• Generally tidied up leaderboard code.

Known Issues:

• When returning to the main menu, the game beneath unpauses, resulting in endlessly crashing vehicles.

I should hopefully be able to push another content update on Sunday, if I get a good dev session on the game :-)
