Don't open ground breakers until further update

Steam client update may have messed up with the cloud save somehow, some players who previously using local data experienced data loss.

Pls don't open ground breakers until we completely remove steam cloud support. Your data will be safe even with steam cloud enabled earlier but we will no longer support steam cloud.
