New fix

Added new option - gore physics. If you are experiencing frame drops with large amounts of enemies, you can decrease gore physics.

Fixed bugs with plasma gun and increased speed of plasma projectiles

More work been done with spawn poins, and also enemies now announce spawns with different sound effects
