Fixed sunrise / sunset transitions in multiplayer. Fixed respawning before timer is finished. Updated controls screen to show "escape = menu, v = third person" Removed prompts from launcher about LAN games and player names (Uses Steam name instead). Removed ambient zombie horde sound effects.
