Patch for new map

After play testing the new map, some bugs were fixed and changes were made: Fixed:

• Mercenary missions not saving when traveling from one location to another.

• Destructible building for demolition mission not spawning in South Milton.

Changed:

• Removed radiation near entrance to Empsville location.
