Prototype outboard navigation #02

Sold on outboard motor feature after driving around a large lake. Switch to RPG view for outboard. Switch to top down for Fishing/Trolling. Technical graphical problems with infinite horizon. Slow frame rates. Feature is such a huge undertaking, it will prevent other features.

Requirements issues:

• hitting the shore.

• running over Creatures

• Damage model to boat hull

• Reverse gear when running up against shore

• Repair of broken hull. Do you take on water?

• Running through structures at high speed.
