10/13/15 - v0.8 bugfixes

• Fixed a bug where the cursor could not reach the bottom of the screen
• Fixed a bug where the System cursor displayed as well the in-game cursor
• Fixed a bug where users could not properly navigate the main menu
• Fixed a bug where users were incorrectly notified to "Log in"
• Fixed a bug involving possible deletion of save files
• Fixed a bug that wildly inflated the size of the game download
• removed unnecessary .dll files
• changes to game app icon
• changes to Frizzy's ability to place latch-able balloons
• changes to scroll speed of backstory in intro cut scene
• slight changes to progress screen layout
• Adds an indicator for failed balloon placement (too close to other balloons)
• Adds a functioning "Quit" button (how did I forget this??)
• Adds a visual and audio cue to Cat Coin collection
