Controller Support first part: Build 0.61

We added a first version of controller support. We tested it with an XBox One controller, please give us feedback of your experience with other controllers:

Just start the game and select your timezone (or New Game) and then you can switch to Controller Support in the options panel.

What works:

• Walking : Left stick
• Action panel : X, A, B buttons
• Open inventory: Y button
• Switch players: Right bumper
• Turn camera: Right stick

The China timezone is also developing greatly:

In this version we let you run around in China after the middle ages level a little bit, but there is still a lot of work to be done til we complete this world also.
