Hot Fix #2 1.1.3.0

This update addresses bugs and issues reported from the latest update.

Bug Fixes

• Plaza: Adjusted the holiday pickup spawns around the store planters so things no longer spawn inside or on top of decorations. This includes all holidays

• Plaza: Removed an Easter decoration that was incorrectly spawning in the dog park

• Plaza: Fixed broken lighting on the slot machine stools in the Casino

• Plaza: Fixed broken lighting on some of the Easter plaza's Easter egg decorations

• Plaza: The Easter plaza centerpiece no longer plays water fountain sounds

• Fixed wrong EXP being given while playing Easter minigames

• Fixed Easter Egg Scramble being mislabeled in the collection book

• Fixed Easter Egg Scramble stats not keeping track

• Libretro: Added CHD support to Flycast, Mednafen PSX, and Yabause Saturn
