According to Meowrk's recipe

The head chef in Argont's kitchen, according to Arlene, was a cat. His name was Meowrk. He weighed as much as three healthy geese, and his apron was bursting at the seams. The cat didn't cook. He concocted recipes while lying on the cutting board, tasting everything within his reach. Argont didn't scold him. He'd say, "A chef has the right to taste. And re-taste. And overeat."

Meowrk's recipe was particularly famous: "Three-Cheese Cake with a Hint of Ham." The hint was that the cat had eaten all the ham before Arlene had even kneaded the dough. When she asked where the meat had gone, Meowrk lazily replied, "The taste of ham isn't on your tongue. It's in your heart. Can you taste it? That means the recipe worked."

After this, Arlene had a heated argument with Meowrk. Argont wouldn't stand for it and kicked the girl out of his kitchen and into the Sphere. Now she's hoping to get a job at a tavern and show off some of the dishes she's cooked in Argont's legendary kitchen.
