Borderlands: Dead ECHOs follows Watts, a disenchanted DAHL ECHO Operator, who supplements his meager pay by sifting lucrative secrets from undeliverable ECHO logs and selling them to the highest bidder. When Junie, a curious stranger with big ideas, gets him out of a jam, the two strike up an unlikely partnership. As Junie injects a daring Robin Hood twist into Watts’ amateur criminal enterprise, their ECHO-brokering operation draws attention from ruthless mercenaries, violent outlaws, and DAHL’s deadly corporate hit squad lead by power-hungry rogue executive, Vivian Proctor.
