STEINS;GATE - update patch 2018/02/23

Numerous fixes for numerous in-game text issues (English and Chinese).

Details:

Chapter 2 "Since Daru didn't come, the three ..." removed un-needed 'come'

Chapter 4 "With this, Kurisu's loyalty is assured. Soon, the world will tremble before us!" replaced 'with' with 'will'

Chapter 6 "Um, Mayushii's one hundred million percent sure that Daru-kun is Suzuha's dad." corrected spelling of 'million'

"... to kill Mayuri? As a scientist, I refuse ..." replaced 'I' with 'a'

Chapter 7 "I know it sounds ridiculous, but it's the truth." replaced 'It' with 'I'

Chapter 8 "I feel a huge weight on my shoulders" replaced 'A' with 'I'

"And if the owner doesn't claim it within a month, it's usually thrown away." added a missing 'a'

Chapter 10 "And if I decide to never tell you?" added a missing 'I'

Chapter 11 "-0.086109% relative to the current worldline." corrected the percentage

"So I still don't know who killed Kurisu. ..." removed un-needed 'I'

"Besides, the three of them are better off if we never find an IBN5100." removed un-needed 'be'
