Block'hood is now updated!

We have included fixes and updates based on community comments and a few new languages.

Changes Log: -Feature: Key re-mapping for shortcuts. -Feature: 30 save slots instead of 6 -Tutorials available from the beginning. -'p' shortcut for freeze / unfreeze simulation -Language support: Hungarian -Language support: Korean -Rebalance of costs for recover decay tiles. -and many bug/optimization fixes.
