Polaris Sector - v.106f Update

Hi guys,

we are releasing a new patch for Polaris Sector today!

It's a minor one, consisting of some fixes. You can read the changelog down below.

Changelog:

• Incorrect range of the MIRV missiles
• Construction sometimes stops due to the lack of population
• Lumens cannot feed the population of the conquered planets
