Patch note 1 : Bug fixes + Russian localization

Hey, the first patch note was just released for Windows, Mac and Linux.

Here are the last modifications:

Localization:

•      Russian localization added
  

Interface:

•      Selected resolution is now saved
  

•      Controller & Keyboard configs are now saved
  

Bug fixes:

•      Dialog fix : sometimes the text was skipped twice
  

•      Collision fix on specific edges
  

•      Oä & Omnia mytholith / success is now unlockable
  

•      Fixed a bug where bow target was staying visible
  

Optimization:

•      King Gelato level optimized for low configurations 
  

•      Change in the level Tanglewood: the first sequence after the             Zoldabilly has been arranged in order to help players to understand the synergy between Champilums and Bumpers.
