-Added TIME ATTACK mode! (accessible from the Bonus menu) -Implemented separate sound/music volume controls -Changed Endless Mode to ramp in ranks like a placement match -Reworked Placement Match/Endless turns remaining mechanics -Fixed bug with end of turn code not firing in certain circumstances -Re-scaled very high ranks -Tweaked Menu UI
