Update 0.9 release date + Vector Raid devlog

At long last, v0.9 of Hyper Gods will be deployed on April 10th. This update brings many new features to the game, one of them being the Vector Raid attack. This attack allows the Drifter to fend off incoming bullets and create openings in the God attacks, giving you new ways to turn the tides of battle.

To celebrate the arrival of Vector Raid, we've compiled a small devlog of the attack, giving you a little preview of its capabilities and how you can use it.
