PATCH 5 - FIXEY

Some minor fixes today, a few very troubling bugs. Keep an eye out for anything unusual.

Changelist:

• fixed rare spawn bugs

• fixed enemy heart not killable

• fixed oculus controller turn not working

• fixed tutorial not starting up

• fixed population building physics bug
