Update #4

In this update:

• Added Pause Manu
• **Added Save / Continue system, ** (it saves you level numer, gold collected and health only, but you will start from the entrance door. Save button is available when you open Pause Menu)
• Added gamepad configuration,
• Now game save your key config so when you close the game your key config will be there,
• Now chest can drop some gold but also... you have 30% chance to find a bomb :)
• Whip has now extended range (thx for the advice FN-9725),
• More sounds fx
