Function Addition

• Added Wintab initialization state to the stroke log display (Windows)

• Added a self-diagnostic mode for troubleshooting startup failures.

If you cannot launch the application without changing PreLaunchFlags.ini to tileAllocator=false, please try launching it with tileAllocator=true and adding a line for selfCheck=true to verify if it works.

A file named SelfCheckResult.txt will be created. Could you please share the contents of this file?

Failure Correction

•  Fixed an issue with auto-scrolling on the canvas when using tools like rectangular selection in high-DPI desktop environments.
