Function Addition

• We have added a "Color Wheel (Triangle)" to the color menu (You can lock the angle from the menu).

Function Improvement

• I made it so that the focus on the RGB value input controls in the color widget is lost whenever possible.

Failure Correction

• Fixed an issue where the "Move" -> "Center" commands (etc.) in the Layer menu would not work when a folder was selected.
