Borrow ratio on waves 7-19 increased by an average of 20%

Hotfix 3 (v26.4b)

Starting gold increased by 2

There's enough power budget in the Borrow ability now, but the low starting resources are preventing Moneylender from being viable.

Mr. Brewpot

Throws potions 14% less frequently

Heroic Mr. Brewpot

Throws potions 17% less frequently

Continuing to monitor Brewpot for balance.

Tempest

Machine Gunner: Damage increased by 7%

Leviathan

Bombardier: Damage increased by 10%

Reverted compensation nerfs.

Fixes:

• Fixed Mr. Brewpot using his mana potion on targets that cannot regen mana. (Kingpin / Lumerian)

• Fixed cases of the mod.io browser showing up unexpectedly in-game

• Fixed cases of Giga Mimic not being targeted when more injured than other units

• Fixed lane skins not being synced with other players properly, when enabling the randomize option

• Hopefully fixed the mod.io browser being stuck in a "waiting" state, after purchasing a skin

Hotfix 2 (v26.4a Server patch)

• Fixed some unintended pathing issues with PotA, Azeria, Radiant Halo and Arc of Justice

• Loosened up some performance optimizations to make pathing more consistent in the early game

• Some description fixes
