Sync up with Quest version

-improved lighting on ball in all environments -prep work for voip fix. (it's technically in the app, and you can test it if the other person is on the same version, but I need to get everyone on the new voip system and then I'll flip a server-side switch to flip everyone over) -for 2d mode, updated log flush to instant (from 10 seconds). some users were asking for this change for some live shot metrics analysis via logs. -for 2d mode, Join Room feature is now available if you click on a user in your friends list -brighter arena -friend status improvement -various other fixes
