Rollback Network Patch v1.04

We have implemented a patch that addresses some network issues. The patch note details can be found below:

• Added options support for "Windowed", "Windowed Borderless" and "Fullscreen" display modes
• Controller hot-swap support added to plug and unplug both XInput and DirectInput controllers at any time
• 4 controllers support added
• Steam deck: text dialogs for passwords and chat automatically open up Steam's on-screen text input dialog window and keyboard
• Fixed the FPS counter showing misleading numbers
