Update 4.5.11 #RutonyChat

This is not a complete update, I had to release partly for the sake of hotfix twitch. One of these days there will be an update with Tasks for #GoodGame, a very strong #Youtube optimization, changes associated with Ranks (synchronization rollbacks and hangs at the exit from the program). So far, just still at work.

► #Twitch. Reworked re-subscriptions so that they are displayed correctly according to the changes. ► Other minor changes
