PATCH 4 -- GARBAGE CLEAR!

Hi Puyo Puyo Tetris fans,

More fixes and tweaks incoming:

• Tweaked the matchmaking system to find more potential player matches. This should help players find matches closer to their rank level, and avoid new players only matching with high level players. • Fixed a crash when attempting to use menus in a lobby after failing to join correctly. • Fix for rank scores being reset in the event that a leaderboard write fails to take place.
