Buy 1 Take 1 x5 Offer Function Issue

Greetings, Soldiers!

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation for your continued engagement and for bringing to our attention the issue related to the "Buy 1 Get 1" promotion on Best Selling Items, specifically when using the x5 purchase function.

We are currently aware that purchases made in batches of five (x5) may not properly contribute toward the guaranteed Permanent Box (pity system) counter, which may impact the intended progression experience for our players. We understand how important transparency and fairness are, especially during limited-time promotional events.

While our team investigates and works toward a resolution, we kindly advise all players to utilize the single purchase (x1) option to ensure that your contributions toward the pity counter are accurately recorded.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
