Competitive Queue Issue

Good day, Soldiers,

Thank you for your reports regarding the Competitive Season.

We have identified an issue that may cause the game to crash when entering a Competitive match, resulting in the session ending unexpectedly. This issue is related to the season-end process.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. A fix is scheduled to be deployed during the maintenance on June 18, 2026, to ensure the issue is properly resolved. Compensation will also be provided for the inconvenience and delay.

In the meantime, we strongly recommend avoiding Competitive matchmaking until the fix has been applied.
