PSA: Connectivity and stability issues

We are aware that players are continuing to experience connectivity and stability issues, including lag and stuttering. Our investigation indicates that there is no single direct cause that could be addressed with an immediate hotfix, and we are currently working across several areas in parallel.

This includes investigation of the game client, external network routing, and our own server infrastructure. We have already made an initial round of infrastructure adjustments on our side and are currently monitoring their effect. Further adjustments are being tested, with another round of changes planned for this week once testing is completed.

We have also identified indications of issues within external network infrastructure and traffic routing. We have narrowed down where part of the problem appears to occur, although further investigation is still needed before we can identify the specific provider or providers involved and take the next steps with them.

We know these issues are affecting your experience, and we appreciate everyone who has continued to share reports with us. We expect to have a clearer picture from the latest testing and monitoring in the coming days and will provide another update once we have meaningful new information.
