De Re Metallica launch update!

Today's update adds support for the brand new De Re Metallica DLC, available here:

It also adds a bunch of non-DLC features, like:

• a new halt instruction (for stopping arms)

• a semi-secret fast-forward button (hold Alt while starting playback)

• three new issues of the Journal of Alchemical Engineering

• fixes for a bunch of bugs that should have been fixed years ago
