New patch - June 28th

Hello, a new update has just been released, here is the fixlist

• Fixed PC crashing unser specific conditions
• Video Options: added common 16:9 resolutions to resolutions supported by the actual primary monitor supported list
• Some 21:9 resolution minor fixes
• Fix WLM Revolution for Yamaha
• Added option for rider nick name and number color
• Mantova track fix: moved fence to avoid collision issues
• Sound: fix on limiter of all 450 and 250 four strokes bikes
