Changes to WAVESHAPER leaderboards

Upcoming update for WAVESHAPER contains difficulty changes intended to prevent the game from becoming too easy after reaching a certain score.

Due to pre-update scores becoming harder to reach, the current leaderboard entries for highscores and streaks in both normal and hard mode will be moved to their own read-only legacy leaderboard after the update has been released.

General changes

• Changed the Steam API error message so its more clear what effect it has on the game

• Old high score & streak leaderboards moved to the end of the list

Normal mode

• Increased obstacle variance at higher scores

Hard mode

• Maximum speed doubled

• Increased obstacle variance at higher scores

• Lowered maximum consecutive obstacles from 5 to 4

Update is available in the "test" beta branch (Windows only).
